  • How to order

    Just follow the steps below to order quickly and easily.

    Once you have found an item you would like to buy, you simply insert the quantity and press the ”Add to cart” button. You can continue to browse the subject areas or search for other products and add them to your basket by pressing the appropriate ”Add to cart” button.

    You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the ”Shopping cart” link on the top right corner. This opens the shopping cart view to the top of the page. From the ”Shopping cart” screen you can remove any item if necessary.

    Once you’re done, press ”Shopping cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout”.

    Enter your billing and shipping address and other data in the fields.

    Scroll down to the summary of your order.

    When you have entered everything on the checkout page, press “Place order”.

    You will receive an order confirmation to your email address.

  • Do you deliver to my country?

    We deliver worldwide. However, the main market of Polestar additionals is Europe where our warehouse is located.

    If your delivery address is Europe, you can choose between standard delivery and express UPS courier. If your delivery address is outside Europe, we will ship your order with a UPS courier.

  • How much does it cost to ship to my country?

    The shipping charge varies depending on items ordered, delivery location and chosen shipping method (standard or express). The shipping charge to your country can be seen in the checkout window.

    Additional customs, duties as well as brokerage charges may apply to deliveries outside the EU depending on the shipping destination and will be collected at the time of delivery. Please note that this online shop and the company providing this service is not responsible for such charges.

  • How do I know that my order has been successful and has been shipped out?

    You will receive an order confirmation once we have received your order. Shipping confirmation will be sent to your email once items have been shipped.

  • Can I track my order online? / how can I track my order?

    You can find your tracking number from the shipping confirmation which will be sent to your email when the order has been shipped. Your additionals will in general be shipped 3–4 working days after you’ve placed your order.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    Delivery time varies according to your destination country and chosen shipping method (standard or express). The estimated delivery times are as follows:

    Standard delivery within Europe: 2–8 days

    Express delivery: within Europe 1–2 days, rest of the world 4–6 days

  • What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?

    As the estimated delivery times are only estimates they cannot be guaranteed. Many factors can affect the delivery of your order. If the shipping method of your order provides tracking, you can track the location of your order by using the tracking number that was included in the shipping confirmation email that you have received.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, you can return any unused items within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

    You have a right to cancel your order but you must give us a written notice first so we can send you return instructions. Notice of return must be given via the contact form which you can access by clicking here or by sending an email to polestar@prominate.com
